‘Coach on a Couch’ Inspires People of Ipswich 
 

Friday 29th August 2008 was ‘Inspiration Day’ in Ipswich Town Centre with the launch of East Anglia’s very own ‘Coach on a Couch’, giving away inspiration and motivation to passers by.

Pavlenka Small, Life Coach and founder of ‘Small Steps to Success’ invited shoppers to rest their weary feet and take a seat on her couch for a chat about their aspirations and learn about how Life Coaching can lead them to their path. The couch saw people from all walks of life taking a seat, from a young ‘wannabe’ celebrity chef to an inspiring 82-year-old lady suffering from MS.
